The Situation is going to war against Abercrombie Fitch!!

The Jersey Shore star is claiming the clothing company has repeatedly tried to exploit his good name through PR stunts and by offering to pay him NOT to wear their clothing, while they were selling shirts that relate to his reality show.

Lawyers for The Situation insist his company MPS Entertainment owns the trademarks to some of the "sayings" printed on the clothing, and is demanding Abercrombie yank the t-shirts from their shelves forever or face legal action.

The Situation is personally calling out Abercrombie Fitch over their "We Pay You to Not Wear Our Clothes" offer!!

The Jersey Shore star says, "Nobody contacted me in any way, and that pretty crazy, you gonna pay someone NOT to wear something? Call me up man,Oakleys On Sale! I mean, their sweatpants are cool with me but I don think people are supporting THEM any more, I heard their stock dropped pretty badly. Obviously it was all a big PR stunt that backfired."
