The LTMR4675 is a dual 9A or single 18A step-downμModuleR (micromodule) DC/DC regulator with 70msturn-on time. It features remote configurability andtelemetry-monitoring of power management parametersover PMBus— an open standard I2C-based digital interfaceprotocol . The LTM4675 is comprised of fast analogcontrol loops, precision mixed-signal circuitry, EEPROM,power MOSFETs, inductors and supporting components.
The LTM4675’s 2-wire serial interface allows outputs to bemargined, tuned and ramped up and down at programmableslew rates with sequencing delay times. Input and output currents and voltages, output power, temperatures, uptimeand peak values are readable. Custom configuration ofthe EEPROM contents is not required. At start-up, outputvoltages, switching frequency, and channel phase angleassignments can be set by pin-strapping resistors. TheLTpowerPlay™ GUI and DC1613 USB-to-PMBus converter and demo kits are available.
The LTM4675 is offered in a 16mm × 11.9mm × 3.51mmBGA package available with SnPb or RoHS compliantterminal finish.
