一.ICE2QRxx80Z反激控制器
The CoolSET®-Q1 series (ICE2QRxx80Z) is the firstgeneration of quasi-resonant integarted power ICs. It isoptimized for off-line switch mode power supplyapplications such as LCD monitor, DVD R/W, DVDCombo, Blue-ray DVD, set top box, etc. Operting theMOSFET switch in quasi-resonant mode, lower EMI,higher efficiency and lower voltage stress on secondarydiodes are expected for the SMPS. Based on theBiCMOS technology, the CoolSET®-Q1 series has awide operation range (up to 25V) of IC power supplyand lower power consumption. It also offers manyadvantages such as: a quasi-resonant operation till verylow load increasing the average system efficiencycompared to other conventional solutions; the ActiveBurst Mode operation enables an ultra-low powerconsumption at standby mode with small andcontrollable output voltage ripple.
